Διαρθρωτικά Ταμεία και Ταμείο Συνοχής
Η Ευρωπαϊκή Πολιτική Συνοχής αποτελείται από τρία κύρια χρηματοδοτικά μέσα:
o Το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης (ΕΤΠΑ)

Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης (ΕΤΠΑ) για τη βελτίωση της
ενεργειακής απόδοσης και τη χρήση ενέργειας από ανανεώσιμες πηγές στις
υπάρχουσες κατοικίες
o Σε κάθε Κράτος Μέλος, οι δαπάνες για τη βελτίωση της ενεργειακής
απόδοσης και τη χρήση ενέργειας από ανανεώσιμες πηγές στις υπάρχουσες
κατοικίες θα είναι επιλέξιμες έως το 4% του συνολικού κονδυλίου του
ΕΤΠΑ.
o Τα Κράτη Μέλη πρέπει να τροποποιήσουν τις υφιστάμενες προτεραιότητες
ώστε να κατανείμουν εκ νέου τα εισπραχθέντα κεφάλαια (ΕΤΠΑ) προς μέτρα
εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας στις υπάρχουσες κατοικίες.
o Δεν απαιτείται επίσημη έγκριση των Επιχειρησιακών Προγραμμάτων από
την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή.
o Τα Κράτη Μέλη δεν χρειάζεται να περιμένουν έως το τέλος του 2013
προκειμένου να εφαρμόσουν τις απαραίτητες αλλαγές.
